We are available, as always, to provide customer support and to implement new products and services. During this critical time we will work remotely, with limited travel. Our customer support team will continue to be available during regular business hours.
In response to the evolving impact of COVID -19, we’ve implemented our business continuity plan and our team is primarily working remotely. Communication via phone, video conferencing, email, and all other digital options will be the primary choice for communication. As we are a Health IT vendor, we are made for this! Our goal is for our products and professional services to make your EHR systems smarter, faster and easier to use, and during this growing situation that goal is more important than ever. We are committed to supporting and improving your practice, clinic, and/or hospital’s workflow during this current climate.
