Meaningful Use and Attestation Deadlines
February 28, 2017
Register for Public Health Reporting (2 registries): Within the 1st 60 days of your reporting period
*You will need to do this by 2/28 if you are participating in a full year of the MIPS program.
March 13, 2017
Medicaid Attestation deadline.
*If you are participating in the Medicaid program, you will need to attest by March 13th to avoid the Medicare penalty.
CMS Program Requirements will keep you on track.
Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) Deadlines
Medicare’s Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) is a quality reporting program with negative payment adjustments to promote quality reporting. Stay up-to-date with quality reporting measures, requirements, and deadlines.

QCDR and EHR Deadline
*If you are submitting via registry, check any submission deadlines they have.
Last day for Qualified Clinical Data Registries (QCDRs) to submit 2016 CQMs for dual participation in the PQRS and the Medicare EHR Incentive Program (Meaningful Use) in 2016. This is also the last day to submit 2016 PQRS data using EHR reporting methods.
